Robert Brode (1900-1986) was an American physicist. In 1941, at the outset of the war, Robert Brode went to work in the Applied Physics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University to aid the development of the proximity fuse.
R. C. Schuler worked for Clinton Laboratories at the X-10 Reactor.
Beth Olds was a secretary at the University of Chicago Met Lab and at Oak Ridge, Tennessee. After the war, she became executive secretary for the Emergency Committee of Atomic Scientists and the Atomic Scientists of Chicago, publishers of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists.
