John “Jack” Carleton Healey, a colonel in the U.S. Air Force, participated in the Manhattan Project as part of General Groves’ staff in Washington, DC.
Lee W. Trybell worked in the shop at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
R. F. Perkins worked for the Union Carbide & Carbon Corporation.
