Thomas Farrell (1891 – 1967) was a major general in the US Army. Farrell was hand-picked by General Groves to serve as his deputy, or as the Deputy Commanding General of the Manhattan Project.
Douglas Meigs was a civilian chemical engineer working for H. K. Ferguson, the company that built and operated the S-50 Thermal Diffusion facility at Oak Ridge.
Attended the University of Washington.
O. E. Brueggeman worked for the J.A. Jones Construction Company.
