Frederick J. Shon (1926-2000) worked on the Manhattan Project at Columbia University. Born in New York City in 1926, Shon was recruited to work on the Manhattan Project while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Columbia.
Attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
W. Buford Winn worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
Edward Littleton was a laboratory helper at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
