G. Robert Gunther-Mohr joined the Manhattan Project in 1944. Mohr worked on the top secret polonium trigger being developed for the plutonium bomb at the Monsanto Chemical Company in Dayton, Ohio.
William E. Caldes studied chemical engineering at Princeton University. In 1943, he was recruited to join the Manhattan Project, and became the 19th project member at Los Alamos.
Horan worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
