John A. Simpson Jr. (1916-2000) was a distinguished American nuclear physicist and astrophysicist. Simpson was born on November 3, 1916 in Portland, Oregon.
W. T. Hanson, Jr. worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
J. Wilson worked for the Edenfield Electric Company.
Captain Frederick Bock had flown many combat missions out of India and China before he was selected to be a part of the the 509th Composite Group in 1944.
