Julius “Osty” Ostspowicz was a glassblower in the Chemistry Division at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory during the Manhattan Project.
Robert Krohn was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin December 26, 1919. He attended the University of Wisconsin and graduated from the Electrical Engineering School in June of 1942.
Jack Hudson served in the 1st Ordnance Squadron.
Jerome Karle (1918-2013) was an American chemist and Nobel laureate. During the war, Jerome Karle and his wife, Isabella Karle, worked on the Manhattan Project at the University of Chicago.
