Charles Allen Thomas (1900-1982) was an American chemist and industrial leader. Thomas was recruited to join the Manhattan Project in 1942 by General Groves, who offered him a postion as a deputy to Robert Oppenheimer, the director of the Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico.
Philip Vincent was a research associate at the Chicago Met Lab during the Manhattan Project.
Lorraine Barbic was a technical worker in the Chemical Division at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
Claude E. McLenon served as a technical sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was a member of the ground crew regularly assigned to the B-29 Big Stink, and he and his crew were later reassigned to Luke the Spook.
