Elwin Covey was an assistant and protégé to Glenn Seaborg, and spent most of his time with the Manhattan Project at the X-10 plant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
John C. Pennock attended Cornell University, where he studied engineering. He was a member of the Special Engineer Detachment at Oak Ridge, where he worked as a technical engineer at the K-25 Plant.
Robert J. Moon (1911-1989) was a physicist at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project and a signer of the Szilard petition.
