Baldwin Sawyer is an American metallurgist. After graduating from Yale with a B.S. in Physics in 1943, Sawyer joined the Manhattan Project at the University of Chicago.
Siegfried Hecker is an American nuclear scientist. He served as director of Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1986-1997.
