Colonel Franklin Matthias (1908 – 1993) was the officer-in-charge at the Hanford site. Matthias, a civil engineer, had been a close associate of General Groves since the beginning of the Manhattan Project, and was asked to review sites in the West.
Henry Paul was a staff worker at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
B. B. Evans worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Louise Warner was a research assistant in the health division of the Chicago Met Lab during the Manhattan Project.
