Martin Webb was an American military officer.

In 1944, Webb was assigned to the Manhattan Engineer District as an intelligence officer. His first real contact with the Manhattan Project came in May 1944, when he was was relocated to a position at Oak Ridge, Tennessee. It is probable that his chief duty was the clandestine transport of radioactive materials from Oak Ridge to other places around the continental United States and on one occasion to Canada. Webb was transferred to Los Alamos directly after Fat Man was dropped on Nagasaki.
