Doris Allen (1915-2013) was a nurse in the hospital at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. Born in Decatur, Illinois, Allen graduated from the Washington University School of Nursing in 1943.
Madeleine Sciofo was a laboratory technician in the Health Division at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
