Larry Weintraub (1921-2011) was a staff member at Los Alamos from 1946 until 1981. Born in Jersey City, Weintraub graduated from the Cooper Union Institute of Technology in 1942 with a degree in chemical engineering.
N.F. Bowman was a consultant at the Metallurgical Laboratory in Chicago during the Manhattan Project.
Edward K. Buckley served as a staff sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the radar operator aboard the Great Artiste during the Hiroshima mission.
