Clyde Stanley Shields was born on December 28, 1918 in Wichita, Kansas. After graduating from Mitchell High School in South Dakota, in May of 1936, Shields enlisted in the South Dakota National Guard.
Robert Barker worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
T. J. O’Donnell was the Shop Chief at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Grace Wallace worked for the United States Engineer District Office.
