Otto Frisch (1904-1979) was an Austrian-born physicist. Frisch joined the Manhattan Project in 1943, but his most important contribution to the project came in 1940 in England.
Gerry Pawlicki was an American physicist. Pawlicki was born in 1921. He received a B.S. in physics at De Paul University in Chicago, and soon after was hired to work on the Manhattan Project at the Chicago Met Lab as a member of the instruments division.
Norris W. Embrey was a laboratory assistant at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
