Hannibal Fraga was an engineer. He joined the Manhattan Project in the fall of 1944. He worked in the inspection department at Los Alamos.
Heater worked at the 100-D Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Blake worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
