Jane Greer Puckett was a mathematician-statistician in Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project. Early Years Puckett was born on May 24, 1922 in Paris, Tennessee.
Dr. Richard Baker worked at the Ames Laboratory before transferring to Los Alamos. Considered the father of plutonium chemistry, Baker had a long career at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Attended the Indiana Institute of Technology.
