Howard Parsons was an American physicist. Parsons was born in Chicago in 1920. He receieved a B.S. from the University of Chicago, and shortly afterwards was hired to work on the Manhattan Project as a research assistant at the Chicago Met Lab.
Sergeant James T. Harris was a member of the Special Engineer Detachment stationed at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
Bernice Muncy was a staff worker at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. She was married to fellow project worker J.
Major Thomas J. Rentenbach, who has been at Oak Ridge longer than any other officer, arrived November 5.
