David Dow was a lawyer. He served as administrative assistant to J. Robert Oppenheimer. He was in charge of non-technical activities at Los Alamos and the Compagna Hill monitoring site, 20 miles from the Trinity test.
K. C. Blankenship worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
