James H. Doiron served as a staff sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the radio operator regularly assigned to the B-29 Strange Cargo.

Nathaniel T. Burgwyn served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the radar operator of the B-29 Full House, which served as a weather reconnaissance plane on the Hiroshima bombing mission, and the backup strike plane on Iwo Jima on the Nagasaki mission.
Robert O. Nohr was a laborer at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
