Thomas Farrell (1891 – 1967) was a major general in the US Army. Farrell was hand-picked by General Groves to serve as his deputy, or as the Deputy Commanding General of the Manhattan Project.
Dr. Karl Larsen worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the Manahattan Project. While there, he conducted heavy-water research by spectrum analysis, which was one of the prerequisites to the early atomic bombs.
Coullard worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
Edward B. Doocy worked for the Watson-Flagg Engineering Company.
