Mary Wahl (1916-2007) was an American mathematician. Wahl was born in Ottumwa, Iowa. She studied at the University of Iowa and Columbia University.
Nannilee Saunders set up the elementary at Los Alamos, NM, during the Manhattan Project. She began to work at Los Alamos in August 1943, working for 11 months while on a leave of absence from a college in Chicago.
Carolyn West was a stenographer and clerical worker at the Chicago Met Lab during the Manhattan Project.
