Carlo Silveri, 1945

Carlo Silveri was a sergeant with the First Military Police Detachment which originated at Fort Riley, Kansas. Silveri arrived at Los Alamos in April 1943 as part of the initial contingent of military police sent to the site. He was also a member of a twelve-man group that travelled to the Trinity test site to establish a secure test zone.
