Horace Mahorney was a chemical engineer at the Y-12 plant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. From September 1943 to November 1945, Mahorney was an operator of the mass spectrometer with Dr.
R. R. Kegarise worked for the Kellex Corporation at the K-25 Plant.
