Charles Robert Emigh in 1949

Bob Emigh was in the Navy and worked with Deak Parsons on telemetry for the bombs. He was assigned as the science officer for the planned third bomb.

After the War, he got his PhD in physics at University of Illinois, then spent many years in Los Alamos, as part of Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and finally, University of New Mexico-Los Alamos.
