Elsie Mae Freeman was born in Missouri in 1900. She graduated high school in Chicago. After graduating, Elsie was recruited to work in a lab at the University of Chicago in 1919.
David Greenglass (1922-2014) was a machinist and member of the Special Engineer Detachment who engaged in espionage activities for the Soviet Union at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
R. C. Wayland served in the 390th Air Service Group.
