Alfred “Al” Wiora served in the army at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. He studied at the University of Pennsylvania and later worked at the Hughes Aircraft Company in Tuscon, Arizona.
Albert J. Williams served in the 320th Troop Carrier Squadron.
Forest Western worked for the Fercleve Corporation.
Dr. Karl Larsen worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology during the Manahattan Project. While there, he conducted heavy-water research by spectrum analysis, which was one of the prerequisites to the early atomic bombs.
