Bartholomew "Bart" Rivers was an instrument technician at the Hanford, Washington facility from 1943 through the end of the war.
Skinner worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Ralph B. Larsen was a machinist at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. His wife, Ruth Anderson, also worked at Los Alamos.
Attended the University of West Virginia.
