Peggy Bowditch was a young girl when she and her family moved to Los Alamos in 1943. Her father, Rear Admiral William Sterling “Deak” Parsons, was chosen by General Groves to become head of ordnance for the Manhattan Project.
J. A. Duane Muncy was a staff worker at Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project. He was married to fellow project worker Bernice I.
Wendell Becker worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
