Dorothy C. Johnson was a stenographer at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project. According to the Journal of Glenn T. Seaborg, Vol. 2, Johnson was also the secretary of physicist Samuel K. Allison (Seaborg, p. 381).
