E. D. Hughes worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
Joe Dykstra graduated from college in 1943 with a degree in chemistry. He went to Niagara Falls, where he worked for the Hooker Electrochemical Company, producing fluorine cells for Oak Ridge.
Whipple worked at the K-25 plant at Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project. He was also a member of the K-25 basketball team.
Hutchins worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
