Frank Willox was a machinist and mechanic in Hanford, Washington from 1943 to 1970. He came to Hanford from Colorado in late 1943 and stayed on after the war.
Maria Goeppert Mayer (1906-1972) was a German-born American theoretical physicist and 1963 Nobel Prize winner.
