Jacob W. Cox was born in Pittsburgh PA. on September 27, 1913. He graduated from Carnegie Institute of Technology on June 8, 1936 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Herb Depke arrived in Hanford in 1943 after his father was transferred by the DuPont Company to work as an expediter during the Manhattan Project.
Robert Miller was an electrical engineer in the Special Engineering Detachment at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, primarily focused on the development of measuring instrument.
