Sir Samuel Curran (1912-1998) was a British physicist. Curran was born in Ballymena, Ireland. In his early years, Curran studied mathematics and physics at Glasgow University.
Paul Olum (1918-2001) was an American theoretical physicist at Los Alamos from 1943 to 1945. Olum was born in 1918 in Binghamton, New York.
Anna Cox worked out of the DuPont Chambers Works plant in Carneys Point, New Jersey. Her contribution to the Manhattan Project included administrative work in the plant's transportation department, ensuring that tank cars had the proper bills of lading and ran in and out of the plant efficiently.
