Paul W. Levy was an American physicist. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in 1943, Levy joined the Manhattan Project at the University’s Metallurgical Laboratory.
Besler worked on the 200 East Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
James Sircom Allen (1911-1982) was a Canadian-American physicist who worked at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Los Alamos during the Manhattan Project.
