A native of the West Virginia mountains, C. N. Gross came to Hanford in January, 1944, from Wilmington, to be a reactor consultant.
Millett worked in the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
Vincent “Bud” Whitehead met his wife, Clare, in 1944 at Hanford. Both were from Portland, Oregon and involved in military intelligence.
Faust worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
