Myron Faryna was a 2nd lieutenant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He served as the bombardier of the Necessary Evil, but flew in the Big Stink during the Nagasaki Mission.
Lee E. Caylor served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the regularly assigned assistant engineer for the Big Stink, and he and his crew were later reassigned to Luke the Spook.
Thomas Hill served in the 1st Ordnance Squadron.
R. R. Naughton served in the 509th Headquarters and Base Services Squadron.
