Sarah Archer worked as a nurse at Oak Ridge during the Manhattan Project. She was responsible for monitoring the radiation levels of the Calutron operators at the Y-12 Plant.

Sidney Williams was a janitor at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Lab (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
