Henry “Hap” Arnold was a United States general. Arnold was born in Gladwyne, PA, in 1886. He attended the United States Military Academy, and was personally instructed by the Wright Brothers, becoming one of the first military pilots in United States history.
William Nixon worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
Easter worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
Gordon Knobeloch was drafted into the Army directly out of Washington University in St. Louis. He was deployed to Los Alamos.
