John A. Simpson Jr. (1916-2000) was a distinguished American nuclear physicist and astrophysicist. Simpson was born on November 3, 1916 in Portland, Oregon.
Paul W. Gruning served as a 2nd lieutenant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the bombardier on the B-29 Jabit III on the Hiroshima mission.
Ralph Bailey worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
