George L. Brabenec was a master sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He served as the flight engineer of the Necessary Evil, but flew in the Big Stink during the Nagasaki mission.
R. E. Hoffman worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
