Hannibal Fraga was an engineer. He joined the Manhattan Project in the fall of 1944. He worked in the inspection department at Los Alamos.
Rex Edward Keller was a member of the Special Engineering Detachment, assigned to work in Seth Neddermeyer’s chemistry group at Los Alamos.
Dr. Beyer worked at the 100-D Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
