Harold Delaney (1919-1994) was an American chemist. Delaney was born in Philadelphia in 1919, and went on to receive a B.
Colonel Franklin Matthias (1908 – 1993) was the officer-in-charge at the Hanford site. Matthias, a civil engineer, had been a close associate of General Groves since the beginning of the Manhattan Project, and was asked to review sites in the West.
Diamond worked in the United States Engineer District Office.
Robert J. Stock served as a sergeant in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was regularly assigned as a tail gunner to the Bockscar, but did not fly on that plane during the Nagasaki bombing mission in August of 1945.
