Nathalie Baumbach was an American chemist who worked on the Manhattan Project. Baumbach majored in chemistry at the University of California Los Alamos.
Joe R. Brown served as a corporal in the 393rd Bombardment Squadron. He was the radar operator regularly assigned to the B-29 Some Punkins.
Attended the University of Akron.
Haskell Sheinberg arrived at Los Alamos in late 1944 as part of the Special Engineer Detachment. Sheinberg’s first assignment was to purify plutonium under the direction of Arthur Wahl, one of the co-discoverers of plutonium.
