Horace Mahorney was a chemical engineer at the Y-12 plant in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. From September 1943 to November 1945, Mahorney was an operator of the mass spectrometer with Dr.
Sampson Powers worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
William Schneller attended Muhlenberg College, graduating in 1942, and then was hired by the DuPont Company.
