Ruth Huddleston was born in Windrock, Tennessee on September 8, 1925. The oldest of seven children, Ruth grew up helping with the family farm.
Carr worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
H. L. Gleason worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
