Donald Flanders was an American mathematician who worked on the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos. Flanders was a group leader in the Theoretical Division headed by Hans Bethe.
Whaley worked at the 300 Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
John C. Pennock attended Cornell University, where he studied engineering. He was a member of the Special Engineer Detachment at Oak Ridge, where he worked as a technical engineer at the K-25 Plant.
