Wray B. Garn was born on January 4, 1916 in Yakima, Washington. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, and briefly worked as an electrical engineer for the Westinghouse Corporation.
G. J. Angele worked for the Tennessee Eastman Corporation at the Y-12 Plant.
Hood worked at the 200 West Area at Hanford during the Manhattan Project.
