R.C. Houlton was the Personnel Director at the University of Chicago’s Metallurgical Laboratory (“Met Lab”) during the Manhattan Project.
George Banic worked on high voltage power supplies for the General Electric Company in Schenectady, New York, and came to Oak Ridge in March 1944, to help with the Y-12 Plant.
